Legwand Driving Drunk
Nashville Predator’s forward David Legwand was stopped in downtown Nashville for speeding and appeared to be drunk in the eyes of the officer. He then refused a breathalyzer and was then charged with driving under the influence.
He recently signed a 6 year 27 million dollar contract extension in December. This is the most recent arrest of hockey a hockey player since the Montreal incident in Florida.

Athletes need to be responsible and role-models in the eyes of children. I’m not saying they shouldn’t have good times. Everyone is owed that. Just don’t make mistakes that put a bad image on the league.
